RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Due to Covid-19 concerns, we are not taking returns of items. We do not accept product returns for items that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Health and personal care items

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

After your items have been sent out, if you are unhappy with your item for any reason, please contact support@sewcalmasks.com and we will issue a refund. When your refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Cancellations

Cancellations are allowed as long as the order hasn't been shipped out. To cancel, please contact support@sewcalmasks.com

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
